without further ado: 不要拖延了

"Without further ado" is an expression that means "without further delay." It is usually used when a speaker is introducing someone. "Ladies and gentlement, without further delay, I present to you M. Smith." It's used quite common here in the USA.

目前為止
For the time being, I only have 20 dollars in my pocket.
