also Adobe Exchange / After Effects center has some very useful info in there.
For example, Adobe Illustrator CS3 has a new feature to let you export your swatches as ASE format, and "Additional Scripts for After Effects CS3" in Exchange center to allow you actually import color swatches into AE to use it.
